Department of Veterans Affairs Goes On-Line with Inland Water Service List.

The latest January 2012 list is HERE.

The DVA has launched an Internet site for tracking the listing of ships that are eligible for presumption of exposure to herbicides in Vietnam. You will find that list at http://www.publichealth.va.gov/exposures/agentorange/shiplist/index.asp

Be Aware! When it was originally posted, there were no additional ships on that list that weren’t on the May, 2011 release of the Ship’s List which you can find at http://bluewaternavy.org/ListRevision5-16.11.pdf

HOWEVER, two ships have been removed from that list because the documentation submitted did not substantiate the claims for Inland Water Service. Those ships, no longer on the eligibility list, are:

If you were on either of those ships, please re-examine any documentation you provided to the VA and re-certify these ship’s operations to return them to the list.

I do not know how additions to this existing list will be announced or highlighted, but when I discover how this will take place, I will post that information.
