PLEASE NOTE: These forms are NOT designed to be filled out on line. They must first be downloaded as a file, then filled out, then emailed back as an attachment. If need be, please download them, print them out, and return them by mail if you cannot scan them back to a file format.

Who can join?
Registeration for Crew membership in the BWNVVA is limited to veterans of the Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army; anyone who served in any branch of the Armed Forces, who would be able to show Honorable Discharge papers if asked. We are currently concentrating our energies to issues of service off the landmass of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War, but our attention may change with time as our newer veterans identify issues that deserve our attention.
All others, including ,wives, husbands, children, widowers or widows may register as Associate Members, using the same Application Form shown above.
If you wish to register, please send your complete Application Form (available through the links above) to The Membership Committee.
Non-mandatory Dues
Starting January 1, 2008, BWNVVA has non-mandatory annual dues of $10 per year per member. Payment of dues is entirely voluntary and is based on an "honor system" payment. If you're able to pay them, your submission of dues will be appreciated. If you can't afford it, we still appreciate your membership. There is absolutely no distinction between a member who submits the non-mandatory dues and one who cannot, so both type members have access to identical information and resources. The web site, with its useful and copious documentation and other important information, is available to all. The Bulletin Board Community, an invaluable source of relevant news and information exchange, is available to all. Those who can help us cover the overhead; your help is very much appreciated.
