The Court typically renders its decision a few months after oral argument. So hopefully we will see a decision a month or two into the new year.
The Federal Circuit could take several actions – it could remand the case back to the Veterans Court (basically rule on a certain issue, and send back to the Veterans Court to apply the correct law), affirm the ruling, reverse the ruling, affirm in part, etc.
