This site contains a large amount of information that attempts to provide documentation potentially useful in providing evidence that Blue Water Navy personnel were exposed to toxins. There are efforts ongoing to convince the VA to acknowledge that the Blue Water Navy, even if on Yankee Station, had exposure to toxins in a variety of ways. Once that has been accomplished, it should be easier to process claims in that regard.
HOWEVER, until that time, it is up to each individual to provide whatever documentation is required to support their specific circumstances. Hopefully, you will find some or all of that documentation on this site. Go to the various Categories and search for information that applies to you. Copy that information and attach it to your VA claims.
